"I could go on and on about all the positive experiences I’ve had at Zales in general, but specifically this location. The staff greet you as soon as you arrive and quickly attend to your needs/questions. My wife and I always walk away feeling excited about our new purchase, jewelry cleanings, resizings, etc. In prep for our proposal and wedding, we must have stopped by the store 1 million times. But we were supported as we made decisions about our final ring selections. We’ve made other purchases along the way and will frequent shoppers for life. I really appreciate all the hard work the ladies at the Hagerstown location put in to make the shopping experience a great one!"
