"Terrible people. I called because I lost my last set of trays and wanted to pick up my next set of Invisalign before my next appointment. They said I couldn’t do that without being seen. I said okay, well my next appointment isn’t for a couple weeks so can you see me sooner. They had no availability. I said well I don’t want my teeth to move over the next couple weeks. I asked if the trays were in and she said yes but they can’t give me my next set without being seen because it is their policy. I explained my visits basically consist of a 5 minute visit of “how are the trays going? And them handing me 4 more sets of trays. She said she can leave a message, but she knows from experience they don’t release trays without the patient being seen. Never got a call back. Then a week later their collection manager emails me to contact them. I do. They tell me that they got a new system 3 months ago and no longer have my credit card on file and I owe them almost $600. I tell them that is not the terms of our agreement and they can’t just not charge my card for 3 months, not notify me and then hit my card for almost $600. They response that I am past due and auto-billing is a courtesy and if I don’t bring my account current, then they will not release any more of trays. I respond, are you really refusing service for your billing error? They then back track and have someone else call me and tell me they can just add the payments on the back end and start charging my card again this month…like they are going to do me a favor sticking by the contracted terms. I can’t wait to get these brackets off my teeth and never have to walk in this office again."
