Brian texted me back next day and got me scheduled in 2 weeks. Eric came out fixed the problem and explained to me in detail everything I needed to know to keep my tub maintained. He went above and beyond the repair by giving me recommendations /advice. I’ll be using these guys from now on."
"Great company! I heard back from my appointment request form in about 20mins which is crazy good turnaround time and had an appointment booked for a week out (holiday week). Eric was able to diagnose and repair my issue the same day, even drain (had to for this repair)/clean/refill my tub. So thrilled to have my little tub back up and running so quickly and painlessly!"

"Brian came out to diagnose an existing tub and has been helping me find a used tub to replace. I’ve moved into a new house and I’ve had a number of house service folks come by and I wish they were all as honest and reliable as he is. I know nothing about hot tubs (except I want one) and Brian has taken the time to educate me for the right solution for me (and not just charge for service work on a tub that will not work well again). "I am very pleased with the services I received. We had a hot tub that came with a new house and never had it cleaned properly and we had no idea how to manage it. It also had mold above the water line from not keeping it at the proper temperature and from poor maintenance. So I reached out to Brian and he offered a cleaning service. He was scheduled about 3 weeks out, but it was definitely worth the wait. When Eric came out he arrived promptly. He was very professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and patient. He even walked us through step by step on how to refill the hot tub and how to do the maintenance. He answered every single question we had. He was also very thorough with the cleaning and everything looks so good and new! I would definitely call them out again if we ever needed a repair or had any other issues."
