"I stopped by JK Jewlers for an appraisal of a necklace I'd found in an old dresser and what a surprise...not that the necklace was worth much...it wasn't, but I was surprised to find such an honest, kind and thoughtful business owner in today's world. He cleaned, a small knot fix and wrote out a quick appraisal for Craigslist for me to use because he couldn't offer me as much as I could get on my own. He was exceedingly helpful.
