The good point is there are always store associates to help the customers, though, for a busy time, you should be patient since sometimes the store is crowded ( Saturday ) The store is clean, and the employees are polite. Negative: 1.Price: above average, mostly if you compare it with online shops. But I don't recommend buying online, especially for kids, as it would be hard to find the correct size online, and an unfit dress or shoes affects the performance badly. 2. Item presentation: As a customer, I think they should manage some of the aisles and shelves better."

"I went to cinnamon tree Herndon on a Saturday hoping to talk to the store about skin colored tights and shoes. We have not done that before. I got very little help in picking out colors. I am not a dancer myself so I was hoping I got advice on the right colors. Very disappointed. I got condescending responses I thought, I mean if I knew a lot about the choices, I wouldn’t come to the expert, I would have just ordered on Amazon. I ended up feeling like I might have made bad choices on sizing."
