"We needed the replacement of the internal components of our shower since there was only hot water coming out of the shower head. Unfortunately, the cost was double of having the same work and parts performed on another shower in August of last year. Labor cost was higher and there was a 3x mark-up on parts bought at Home Depot. The plumber that came was nice but had limited experience. I had to finish the job after he left since the cover plate and handle were not aligned properly and he did not set the hot water balance so we had hot water or cold water but no warm water. I also fixed that."

"Nothing like being away from home and getting a call that your hot water heater is leaking all over your basement. You think you're calling a reputable company that will help you in your time of need. Initially I felt like Roto-Rooter was the best option based on others reviews. I guess I fell in the not so lucky category. I tell them I am out of town so please contact my sister. They constantly call me while I'm on top of a mountain and fortunately I had service. They send a water remediation specialist out that hits me with a 4000-7000 quote. The technician arrives after the 12-4 window I'm provided. Me thinking he will have to change the hot water heater, fortunately he finds the relief valve is open and closes it. Charges me $150 then leaves. I get a call not soon after that half the faucets in my house don't work, and have my sister call them back. Tech tells her he will see if he can have someone else come out. They asked how late is too late. 10pm, still no show. Tech says he can come the next day around 12, my sister ends up calling for him to say his shift starts at 130. He rolls up to my house to tell us the water inlet pressure reduction valve requires replacement. $250 for the part/ $750 for labor. Being that I'm now driving home, I decide to forgo the $1000 repair. I get home to find that none of my faucets work because the shutoff valves at the sinks were of from when the pressure relief went. Tech looked at the valves under the sink and apparently didn't know they were closed. Glad I saved the $1000 and didn't use their services. The part he would have changed wouldn't have made the valves go to the open position. Needless to say they won't be getting any business or references from me. Good luck!
