"Just like anywhere there is instability of support staff. Office staff never knows what’s going on, I always owe some sort of money every time I go in there. I feel like they never call to see how much I have left in my benefits before giving me a quote, which is frustrating. There’s a heavyset lady with brown hair is very rough, and not very friendly. She needs to learn a thing or two about being gentle with people."
