"Made an appointment and no one showed up that morning. Didn’t bother to call any customers to say that no one could help them during their appointment time. Tried to make another appointment and they didn’t have any available for a few days. Don’t waste your time."

"I will say- the wait times were a tad crazy. But well worth it!!! Chris Johnson recovered pics and info off of a broken hard drive that had every since picture of my kids on it. He was a life saver!!!!! Customer service was super nice and helpful and I am thrilled with the help I got. Can’t thank you guys enough !!!!!!"

"The agent was working with 4 people at one time but I was the only one that had the appointment and still didn’t solve my issue telling me I need a new laptop and mines not but 3 years old horrible service straight ripoffs!!!!!"

"Recently my old imac crashed. After looking at the equipment a member of the Geek Squad said It was not worth trying to fix it. I then met Bill in Sales and decided, after excellent advice from him, to purchase a MacBookPro and LG Monitor. The Geek Squad managed to transfer all my data from a backup time machine drive onto my new computer. I am so happy with my new set up. Everyone I dealt with at Best Buy were really pleasant and helpful to deal with. 5 Stars from me!"

"Their phone service is terrible. I was on circular hold for 45 minutes to try to schedule an appointment to correct a mistake they made only to have it eventually respond with "enter remote access code" and disconnect. Call back and after going through nauseating call director never got a live person in order to schedule the appointment. If I can ever get this resolved, I am done with them. Amazon has better prices anyway."
