"We have used Leitch A/C and Heating for several years. They are very knowledgeable and do excellent work. We love our maintenance contract and Leitch Technicians keep our systems running. Zach was the most recent technician and did an excellent job checking our 2 systems and replacing necessary items etc. He was professional, knowledgeable and explained the status of our systems in a manner we could easily understand. Gary had previously replaced and reworked some issues that existed before we moved in. The technicians and office staff do great work. We highly recommend this company in Southern MD."

"First off, the office staff went out of their way to schedule the work when something unexpected require a change. They were also great at figuring out how to bill the service , provide a signed copy of documentation and explain everything to me. 5 stars I have geothermal heat pumps, the technician (Steve) was prompt and professional. He was great with his maintenance of the two air handlers. Steve I’d give 4 stars. However, he needed special tools to complete the water circulation system, and said I would need to schedule that separately. I would have thought that a scheduled geothermal maintenance would have automatically had this step be included, just as the outdoor system used to be cleaned and tested. Very disappointed. Signed a 1year contract that I am concerned with being premature if this level of incomplete work is what I have to deal with. Rating is a 2 star because in the end, I did not get a complete service."

"Leitch Heating & Air Conditioning technician Gary came out in less than an hour, diagnosed the issue, and repaired the unit. Other Technicians could take lessons from this guy: professional, great people skills, explained fees, what he found and how he was going to fix it. Repaired the broken part and verified unit operation. AC back on and house cooling down (on a Sunday in late August). Recommended. I will be using this company again when needed."
