"Went to this store after seeing good reviews. Paid $130 to fix my iPhone’s cracked screen. Had a few issues with the keyboard and screen, but wasn’t too much of a big deal. Then a week later, my phone completely won’t turn on and the screen doesn’t work. Took the phone to the store and they turned the phone off and back on. It started to work again, but then two days later I had the same issue with no change. Went and fixed it at Apple and the store would not give a refund, despite the diagnostic on apple’s end saying the touch screen was bad and that was the only issue. I was apprehensive to give my phone again in case it was affected even more in order to get a refund. Very disappointed in the money wasted and would recommend to just spend the extra money to go to Apple."
