"My upper oven wouldn’t preheat above 328 degrees which is not helpful right before Thanksgiving! Called Evolve and left a message. Within the hour, John, Evolve’s owner, returned our call and diagnosed the problem immediately. He later called back with a very fair estimate and a repair appointment was set. John arrived promptly and quickly replaced the KitchenAid heating element. An honest, efficient, knowledgeable and personable gentleman, I can’t say enough about John or his work. Any time I need another appliance repaired, I will contact John. And wait if I have to! He is that good!"
"John showed up on time on short notice and was quick to diagnose my problem. He contacted the manufacturer of my washer to confirm the problem and discover there was a known issue with the unit. He also discovered that it was still under warranty and recommended that I not have him repair it but rather exercise the warranty repair. Very honest and forthcoming.
