"You do NOT get what you pay for! They're automated system is right there with Verizon's:( I was on hold for over 15 minutes and finally just hung up and it's always like this. I have not been able ro use my laptop for almost 2 weeks. Have been waiting for cord to be able to charge it. Took it to local store for them to charge till part comes in. Totally messed it up and still no charge! How difficult can this be? There's nothing for them to do..just plug it in and go work on someone else's. This will be my last purchase from this store.. Hope they're not all like this."
