"I contracted A R Marine to service my fuel injectors on a Yanmar 3JH3E. This was Yanmar scheduled service since the engine had about 1000 engine hours. They instructed me to send them a check, in advance, for parts and then an appointment would be scheduled. Three weeks went by and I had to call them to find out if they had received the check and get an appointment. Projected service was to rebuild the injectors, upon removal it was determined that they needed replaced. New injectors were acquired and work was completed. Repairs seem fine, until I noticed the engine sounded different. While investigating the cause, I found 2 of the 3 injectors to be leaking and not holding compression. Upon removal, I found all 3 gasket nozzles to be ripped and only 1 insulator remaining. This is after only 63 hours of use! I contacted A R Marine, with this info, and received some support. After a number of correspondences, I was told, quote "You are on your own". I inquired about warranties from A R and the parts dealer numerous times before finally getting the answer that nothing was warranted! I had to redo all this work myself with new parts at my expense! After completing replacing the gasket nozzle and insulators on all injectors, the engine is operating properly. After my troubling experience, I would not recommend A R Marine for service!"
