"Fantastic customer service! Caring and experienced technician, Lamont. My refrigerator was going through many repairs with different contractors. Lamont noted the faulty ice maker and ordered a new one which came the next day for which they contacted me to schedule the service call. Both customer service and Lamont listened to me explain to them the numerous repairs that were continually being made from other repair companies on my refrigerator. Upon arrival to install the new ice maker, Lamont called the warranty company on my behalf to seek a replacement to the faulty appliance given the many repairs that were being made. Lamont spent an hour on the phone with them, with ice maker in hand in case they weren't going to assist. The warranty company ultimately agreed with Lamont that the appliance fell under the "Lemon Law". and replaced the unit for me. Heavenly Cool truly listened and cared about my problem, and then took the time to make it right. You do not see this kind of service in todays work force."

"Waited 9 hours on a Saturday for a no-show. Then a 4-hour window on Tuesday. The guy came out and stayed 10 mins. Didn't touch the dryer or take it apart and said he doesn't have time to see what is wrong with it. We called the GE warranty company back and cancelled them. They deserve zero stars."
