"We called this business on 10/5 to come fix our fridge as it had stopped cooling. He came out and defrosted the coils as there was a ton of frost buildup causing the fridge to no longer work. He said that 2 parts would eventually need to be replaced or it would happen again. We paid a deposit of $250 the first day and decided to go ahead and get the parts replaced so that we could continue using the fridge. He supposedly replaced the 2 parts on 10/10 where we paid a remaining $163.13. However, upon him "fixing" this, he broke off one of the rolly pieces for the freezer and said he would have to order the part and come back and fix it. He was contacted multiple times, and said he was waiting on the part. During this time, the fridge stopped working again. We contacted him multiple times and he would say he'd be out, not show up, and then stopped responding. So we are out $413.13 and don't have a working fridge."
