"I went a few times before never returning. The grooming overall was okay. Her ears always came back dirty and I had to ask politely for them to be redone. When I paid extra for nail grinding it definitely was not done. Very sharp edges. The last time I went I had to make multiple calls within a 5 hour wait period to see if my dog was ready before finally going over there to see why she wasn't done yet. When I got there it was almost closing time and she had been ready for a while regardless of them telling me that she was not. I paid. And the lady had the audacity to be nasty and say "are you going to tip?" With an attitude. Which, I always leave a hefty tip. I never returned."

"First of all, I cannot say enough great things about this company, if I could give them 10 stars, I would! My puppy Beau is a piece of work, and we wanted to find a place where we knew she would be taken care of and trained to the best of her ability, so my family and I boarded her for training with Kristian last year. Kristian sent my family pictures, stayed in touch by text messaging, and calling giving us updates about Beau, which was the best thing we could have asked for. Beau came home a new dog, that was trained like a professional, while still being the most loving dog... and that's all thanks to Kristian and his team at It's A Miracle Dog. My dog Beau also stays boarded with Kristian and his team as well when we go on vacation, and is always well taken care of and it is clear she gets a "refresher course" with her training, when she returns home... fantastic! I joke around saying my dog has more friends than me, because she loves going to this place! If you are looking to board your dog or looking for training (especially a new puppy like mine), take your dog here! Kristian and this company is the best out there, and I can never thank them enough!"
