"If I could, I would give this company a ZERO! We contacted them to look at a Kohler generator that is not working. They were listed under Kohler approved businesses. A technician shows up Monday, August 8 without the proper equipment to do the job. We had talked to them prior to let them know exactly what was going on. He takes a few pictures and that was the extent of this service call. We were billed $228 for this and they never came back to fix the problem. We would contact them weekly and weekly we would be told that someone would contact us to schedule another service appointment. No one would ever call us back. It doesn't appear that they know what they are doing. $228 for nothing - we still have a Kohler generator that doesn't work and they are a HORRIBLE company!"
