"Brought my two cats in. One of them asked me to hold my cat throughout the entire session unlike other groomers who are capable of handling a small docile cat so forget time savings. She STILL ended up snipping whiskers off and tried to laugh it off so I’m glad I was there to see this travesty. The cats looked terrible which is no surprise since groomers acted like they had no clue how to do a simple cat defloofing and sanitary trim, nothing fancy. Do not bring your cats here at all. They will screw it up and then ask for tips and hurt your cats in the process"
