"They had a $10 off sale on juul pods. I saw the sign immediately after I already paid so I asked if I could return and repurchase them. They refused to do so. I did not even leave the the store yet! This is horrible customer service especially from such a big company like this. I will remove this review if they decide to make this right. (Edit in response to what the owner replied I already contacted them and am waiting to hear back so we'll see if they do the right thing.)"

"The employees are very welcoming and friendly, the quality of the food is great and the service is excellent despite there being a shortage in staff at this location. As a customer I’m understanding that there would be days that things aren’t going to be perfect being so that during certain shifts there aren’t a lot of employees to help maintain the entire store, it’s very difficult for only two people to run the back breading chicken, seasoning wedges cooking and preparing orders while staying on top of keeping the area clean and to also run the front as a cashier taking cash payments for other items/purchases especially on busy days and still stay on top of keeping the entire store organized and clean along with the other responsibilities such as inventory, restocking items on the shelves and refilling the coffee and soda machines all while trying to ensure that every customer is receiving great customer service and making sure that customers aren’t taking things without paying. I feel that customers should be more considerate and understanding towards these hard working employees considering that there is a lot that they’re responsible for and they should also consider that not every customer makes their job any easier. Keep up the great work!! Much appreciation to everyone that works at this location and that gives it their best effort to make it through each day despite of the challenges that you may face given the area that this business is located."
