"They are very good with my puppy, he just loves going, he's been going there for 3 months now and he loves it. When he's all done here gets a really cute bow... I have never had a problem with him wanting to go in or wanting to stay!!! He's usually done in less than 2 hours. The first time he was there he was all matted I was only using a brush no come so it was my own fault but she said he couldn't wait to get on the table for his hair cut and bath, she clipped his nails and never quickened them. He goes in once a month like click work now between the first and the third... And he can't wait to go again!!! I can't say enough of how happy I am with her. Oh and she is very understanding."
