"I'd give them 5 stars but I've had a few incidents during my last few visits. I put something on hold behind the counter and 15 minutes later nobody knew where it was and there were none left in stock. Also if I go here & see something I like I will definitely purchase it that day because I've had bad luck with finding the same item a day or 2 after. They are good about changes and returns though. The staff is friendly however when Ive requested help finding things they generally are not too helpful."

"If you need a USB-A Cable for any Apple Products, do yourself a favor and go to Five Below. They will replace the previously purchased cable with the original receipt and package regardless of the date. The employees are friendly and nice. Plus the store is always clean"
