"The owner cursed at me for asking him to clean the outer area of his store. Food was spitting from his mouth at the same time. His behavior was frightening. May 23, 2023 The 7 Eleven corporation failed to show any concern."

"The overnight guy needs to be fired he will watch you knock on the door that is locked and then go hide in the back. Then you have to wait another 10 minutes for him to come out questionable."

"Was just in this particular 711. On 9/14/22 at 200pm .I asked to the clerk of I can get some ice. He said sure . About 2 mins later I requested a little bit more ice not a lot but just another quarter cup. . The gentleman screamed at me inside "I'm going to need to charge you a dollar for it being nice last time but now since you're coming back I'm going to need to charge you a dollar very rudely" No I'm not a young kid I'm 46 years old I was just trying to get my water a little cold so I figured I'd get some ice. I'm not a person that does reviews however there seems to be a pattern in the way this particular 7-Eleven and the workers treat customers..... When is enough what is it going to take for the 7-Eleven owners to start punishing or letting their associates go after they continue on negative rude reviews. Is going to take 7-Eleven owner to close shop before he realizes he should have done something before. It's ridiculous how he screamed at me for a dollar for ice. The worker was a male had glasses on and he kind of had almost he had a little bit of facial hairnot much"

"Visited this past Sunday to pick up snacks and water for my family. Get to register to pay, and donuts are ringing up higher than advertised. I say the sign says a lower price, idk what to do about that. It’s not a customers problem. He says it’s only a few cents! I respond “it’s not your money!!” Well it’s ringing at updated price “do you want it or not”? I say “I don’t” as I remove my card from debit machine. I say, can I have the void receipt? He says rudely, check your bank! Smh he’s pictured putting donuts back and seeing the lower price labeled there. Kindness is Free. It’s not like I wanted a $200 item for $2."

"I dont appreciate being forced to pay more money bc there is a so called "coin shortage" without being asked if I was ok with it! I went in to buy milk and a drink and I shouldn't have had to pay almost a additional dollar bc he doesn't want to count the change out! If anything I should of payed less not more! It's becoming a rip off to go to a store like this! I dont mind donating if I'm asked once in a while but being forced to is not good management!"
