"i wanted to join a boxing gym to better myself and get in shape and be more healthy, a co-worker of mine told me about this place and i’ve been going for a month now. it’s an awesome gym and everyone is very welcoming. there is all different skill levels and everyone is friendly. it’s a great place to go if your looking for a good workout or to learn something new and push yourself. the owner PJ is awesome and super friendly and helpful. he’s a great trainer! i would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking to get into muay thai"
