"A hidden gem!! My son has been working with Steve and his team for many months and he has been very happy. Steve did a thorough evaluation of my son's strengths, weakness and goals. He takes into account the sport being played and formulates a plan specific to the athlete. And it isn't all about weights; my son also had a consultation with a nutritionist who has him check in about the quantity and quality of his caloric intake. There is a lot of personal attention because the hourly sessions are maxed out at 6 people. We have seen steady improvement and we are very pleased. So glad we reconnected with Steve."
