ACME Markets 6800 New Falls Road, Levittown, PA 19057

"They advertised a special for zings, dings, and tenders, but they ran out of these items by 5 PM. It's evident that this location requires better management, as I spoke to the staff, and they mentioned that this issue has happened repeatedly. Update 1/12/24 The owner merely responded to my comment without taking any effective action. When I visited Acme at 1pm, they were almost out of zings, dings, and tenders. Upon inquiring about more being made, I was informed that once the current supply runs out, no more would be available. It appears that while the owner has time to respond to comments, they don't seem to allocate enough time to make any improvements."

"I purchased their Friday buffalo wing special for 12.99 for 2 pounds. Every piece was over cooked. Extra crunchy and dry inside. I will never keep over cooked chicken again. chicken again cooked food again. Very disappointing"

"It's 6pm, Monday Nov 20th and the New Falls Road, PA location has no fried chicken. Why? There's usually a special on fried chicken on Mondays AND the Eagles are playing the Kansas City Chiefs tonight. I was frustrated when your worker said there was no fried chicken, only a few pieces of grilled chicken, but they had rotisserie. Poor planning on your part. Please do better."

"Steaks that were allegedly packed on the 7th bought in the am on the 9th and opened on the 9th to cook. Greenish grey discoloration with a slight odor. Quality guaranteed lmao they forgot to add low before the quality. Ground beef that was allegedly packaged on the 9th which is today and cleary freshly ground. Returned the bad meat and stated I'd never shop there again and they gave me a store credit, I asked why I would receive a store credit when I paid cash stated I'd never shop there again the response was that's how it's done here. Update I reached out to Acme corporate the store Manager Joe was made aware of the situation. He contacted me and corrected the situation and refunded my money like it should've been in the first place. Newest update only tried buying 3 things today that totaled 20.99 with the tax used a coupon that doubled which made it 1.50 off 19.49 total went to pay but it went back to 20.99 had the employee fix it and did the coupon again 19.49 total then the employee said it took the coupon off twice and removed it and said now the coupon is on there only once the total is 20.99 I said how can the total be 20.99 without the coupon and 20.99 with a .75 cent coupon that doubles to 1.50 off he said he doesn't know but the coupon was applied simple math is apparently too hard for employees at this Acme. Don't have these problems at Shoprite or Giant which is why I do most of my grocery shopping at those stores."

I am going to update I went in there the other day and the fresh produce was so bad I'm not sure why the bad items were not removed I do understand that maybe they were short staffed but a manager should have had a walk threw and removed them off the shelf it was awful"
