"I recently bought a large sectional couch that, according to the delivery company, wouldn't fit up the stairs. My only option was to have it brought in through my second story balcony which doesn't have steps. I contacted Delauters A1 and they were super responsive. When they got here, they were able to move 2 of the 3 pieces up the steps that the previous delivery company (from Value City) said wouldn't fit. They hoisted the remaining piece up on to the balcony and into my living room. They even took the time to wrap that piece in plastic since it was raining. The whole process was fast, professional and an overall great experience. They even setup and connected the couch pieces together. I would 100% use them again!!"

"I contacted this company through a referral, John and Melissa came out to the house to give me a quote on a long distant move from Pa to Fl. , they gave me my quote that we agreed on knowing this was a very important move because we had to be out of the house on the exact move date. Well needless to say he calls me 4 days before the move and says he’s backing out because of gas and lodging prices are too high and the rains in Florida aren’t safe ( that was a week ago and we are going nowhere near the flooded areas in Florida) so I think he either was trying to up the agreed price on me or he filled his book with a more profitable job. Either way he really left me in a bind scrambling to try and figure out how to get this move done in 4 days. Very unprofessional and wrong to do this to a customer that has been relying on this deal for weeks. If I could give them a 0 star that’s what they would get from me. I know a lot of people and I will spread this throughout York county."
