"I recently left a poor review for service I received at this dealership. They reached out to me to rectify the problems I was having. The service department went above and beyond to correct the issues with my tire pressure sensor and also replaced my rear tire and gave me an outstanding deal. "Was trying to get thru the parking lot to park. Was in a van with my family, some guy who obviously worked for the dealer blocked the path and just sat there staring, no signal the lot or place was closed. I own a 1200 Sportster and will never visit this dealer again for service or to buy a bike (I’ve been considering a second). Idk what shady underhanded tactics has an employee feel tough trying to intimidate a family out of a parking lot but I won’t bother to return to find out…"

"I don’t do reviews but Mike and Christina deserve it buying my 23 road glide from them was awesome. Now fast forward to 300 miles on my bike Saturday around 8 pm I noticed a noise coming from the top part of my motor I texted Mike asking him to call me Sunday when they open. To my surprise 3 seconds after hitting send he called me. Alls I can say is WOW!!! Saturday night he called me right away. I have had many Harleys but never service like this. Now the hard part we will see how this gets handled. I will update this post after the issue has been solved. At this point I’m sure it will be stellar. If you’re looking for a Harley at this point you will be upset you didn’t give them a chance thanks so much guys. Oh not to mention during the process I had a family emergency and had to go out of town they went out of their way to deliver my bike before I left I’m 98 miles away from them I just can not say enough good about them!!! And I’m sure the problem with my new bike will be handled very quickly considering I’m in prime riding time thanks again Mike!!!"

"Although I purchased my Harley Davidson at a sister store, I've always been welcome at Quantico Harley Davidson. The Sales, Service and Parts Professionals are always friendly.
