"She was not there for my appt and you have a hard time getting a hold of her"

"I had an appointment made the day prior of with her and I showed up maybe five min before my appointment. My car has no heat so I felt bad bringing them out on such a hot day. Well I called because of having trouble finding the place and no answer. I asked someone taking a walk where it was and they were nice and told me where it was and then I knocked on the door, stood there for about a min or two and no answer. As I waited I decided to call again and no answer so I left a message. I knocked on the upstairs door and no answer. Why make an appointment with someone if you aren't going to stick with it? Sorry for the negative review but I find this very unprofessional. I waited there for about 10 min..5 before my appointment and 5 after the time of my appointment. Poor pups started getting hot so I left."

"She groomed my poodle mix Charlie and did an awesome job. At no extra charge, she took the time to clip his nails, express his anal glands, and most of all, cleaned his ears only to find his ears were infected. I assumed my previous groomer was doing all this but they weren't."

"Love her! She did a wonderful job on my miniature poodle mix! She did a better job than anyone else in the 10 years that I've had him. We will go back to her anytime we are in the area."
