"They do not explain that there is a difference between the fees for medical and ready ride or that you can not bring anyone else with you on a medical trip unless you tell them,they don't explain any of that up front recently I'm new to the transport here and highly depend on it for my appointments and to pick up my medication coming from my appointments,I was told that it was part of what they are supposed to do was stop to get your meds then take you home both times now that I've had my appointment my meds were supposed to be ready once I got up to the pharmacy the first time they had a new person who messed everything up in the computer at which time the driver came in and told me he was going to leave me the second time I told him to not worry to just leave me that I wasn't going to ask him after last time I even called because he said if they were ready again they even sent message they were ready,they were in fact ready however there was a charge on one of my meds so the main pharmacist came down to the front to fix it at which time I again was told very rudely that I was being left the pharmacist told me to go thay she woukd even soeak to his supervisor.I understand there are others waiting however there are certain ways to speak to people and not soeak to people and if you are driving people like patients tp get neds and thibgs they jeed to possibly luve maybe they shoykd posdibky ne a little more understanding and most definitely shoukd never sprak to anyone the way i was spoken too.if i didn't need or depend on transport I def wouldnt again"
