"No stars deserved, this location is the absolute worst! Second package within 4 months that has disappeared with FedEx. Everyone at the company dances around the fact that this Sparrows Point location is sketchy and that an investigation needs to be opened for internal theft because a king sized bed and a 65” tv don’t just magically disappear into thin air. It’s giving stolen and then the customer has to go through hell just to get an answer, not to mention going through the process of refunds and reordering only for it to have to be delivered by this joke of a company, adding on more anxiety and stress hoping to actually have the new package delivered. They will say anything to protect their thieving employees and the BBB will be notified."

"My package said it’s out for delivery for 3 days now & I haven’t been able to talk to an actual human at all"

"Absolutely hate getting packages delivered from this location, there’s a problem every single time!! I had a packaged out for delivery today, I have been home waiting on it. I go to check the tracking to see what time it would be delivered & it says that the driver “attempted” delivery but no one was home to receive it. First of all, no signature is required for this package so why the driver couldn’t leave it on my porch is beyond me especially when I had a package that DID require a signature and they just left it at the bottom of the steps of my porch DAMAGED. Secondly, I have been home all day & not a single person knocked on my door. I have cameras so I check to see if the driver came and guess what? NO DRIVER CAME TO ATTEMPT A DELIVERY. I call customer service and of course nothing is done as usual. They clearly don’t care about the customers or the issues. I asked if it could still be delivered today since clearly the driver lied but no of course not, I have to wait until Monday. & that’s if it even gets delivered, knowing Fedex they will say they attempted delivery again when they actually didn’t. It what’s they do every time. I absolutely hate getting packages from FedEx, it is always a problem every single time. They clearly need to change some things, but will they? I doubt it. From now on I will make sure whoever I am ordering from, will not ship Fedex. Y’all seriously suck !"

"This review is strictly regarding the terrible delivery drivers from Sparrow Point, MD. FedEx deliveries from this location are laughable. Received a package from this location this evening that was logged with the incorrect delivery time, location, and damaged. The driver claimed to have dropped the package off at the front door (see photo attached) and even took a picture of the “front door” which in reality was a blurry photo of the dark street with street lights. The actual photo of the package being left on the side of the road near the mailbox and partially blocking the driveway is also attached. The box was dented and completely open on one side. The driver claims to have “delivered” the package at 7:15 pm, which is interesting because I successfully backed down my driveway without running over the box that was delivered to the “front door”. To be extra clear about how unambiguous the location of the front door is, there were lights in the driveway and on the front porch that could’ve guided the driver to the proper location as there were no actual shelters of and sort near where the package was left. I would not trust this FedEx location or any FedEx with packages of any kind."
