"Fed ex is a clown show. Walgreens wouldn't accept a package over a certain size? They don't have a cabinet big enough to store it? Here's a thought , close before the last pick up for the day then you won't have to store anything. At the least state on the website your inability to accept large packages. As it turns out I wouldn't be shipping things through fed ex if they didn't show up looking like they had been kicked all the way from the supplier to me."
"Fed-Ex store service is okay. Fed-Ex delivery service is horrendous. Very difficult to register a valid complaint given lack of effective contacts online and elusive customer service numbers. Used to be the gold standard for delivery services, but not now."
"The service was fast and friendly but they did not have a FedEx envelope to send my documents forcing me to purchase one from the store where the FedEx Shipping station was located. My FedEx mailing label was scotch taped to the front of the envelope. I can only hope and pray that it gets delivered property."
