"If you love your dog, please find another groomer. My dog came home all cut up and traumatized. When I say all cut up he had over 10 cuts all over his body even the top of his head and she DIDNT say a word about it. I get it dogs move and wiggle so it’s going to happen at some point. At least say something. Another family members dog(who has gone to a groomer every month for the last 6 years) who is REALLY good at the groomers came up with cuts and scared to death. So I know the dogs not the problem. A car is park across the driveway in so you have to walk down to get your pet. And you see 0 of her work space. She cracks the door hands you the dog takes the money and closes the door. That’s just strange for a place of business to me. She has been doing this a long time from what I understand. I’m not the only one with horror story’s about this place tho. She’s sadly had a dog hang itself on her table.(how long was it left unattended for that to happen) so IF YOU LOVE YOUR DOG AT ALL PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!"
"She groomed my goldendoodle 3 times and the third time will be the last after I felt the need to get her checked by a vet after the visit and I was told my dog had bruising around her and and jaw which indicated a traumatic experience. That was word for word what a vet clinic said. Also my dog is super loving and never gets smacked. Now when I go to even move my hand towards her she cowards! I will be contacting officials to do an investigation. I was told by the owner it could be from the close trimming she received and my dog was rubbing her head to hard and bruised it."
"Loved how our Cocker Elsie looked and smelled and felt so soft after visiting Kelly's❣You can tell she loves what she does by the quality of her work and the way she treat the dogs❣ We moved over 800 miles away, but when we were back in town for a visit it was always a must for Elsie to visit Kelly's❣"
