"Mrs Heather Mazz is the owner of Fetched Dog Grooming place and I love it there the workers are nice and kind they also greet people with good smile when costumer comes in to fetched. I highly recommend this to anyone who has a small dog that wigh 45pd or under."

"Extremely poor service almost 3 hours and my dog still wasn't groomed. Lots of kids playing around in there but no body working. She threw a fit because she washed Mt dog and threw him in a cage to wait wet! Than I told my husband to just get my dog out of there. The lady threw a fit about loosing money my husband told her if she needs it that bad keep it. My dog has separation and anxiety issues. This business has gone way down hill since I first took my dog there. It's been about a year and he won't be back. Will be finding a new groomer asap. I've been a faithful customer having my dog groomed every 6 weeks. What's going on with this place now I can see why they are loosing customers.. Per your response! You did not try to contact me. You even kept my dogs collar and tag. It doesn't take 3 hours to groom a small dog. The audacity to claim you did right when you know you didn't tells me why you have so many openings. You don't have what it takes to run a business!!!! Your customer service skills are horrible!!!! Since you responded on Facebook than blocked me. The only way to contact me is to call me and talk to me or leave a voicemail. You showed a text message which I do not get you know this you called every 6 weeks for a year! That was a cowardly thing to do. You knew I wouldn't get your message! You k ow what you did to my George was not right. His anxiety was out the roof! You even kept his collar and tag. How dare you try to justify your actions. You should know being in the dog business that small dogs often have anxiety issues! I had a 10:30 appointment not a 1:30 appointment! Than you treated my husband like he was stupid. Tried to not give my dog back. You got paid regardless. Your lucky it wasn't me picking him up and it was my husband. After what you did to my George. Having a business full of teenages/ young adults laughing and giggling at the situation doesn't help your business! Than you put a message on Facebook replying back and block me so I can't reply on Facebook. How childish! You did wrong! Accept that! You lost my business and anyone who asks me and it's been a few already! I will continue to refer people elsewhere! Your unprofessional and down right a liar!!!!"

"Very poor service dog had a1030 appointment was told by the girl it would take 2 hours go back too pick the dog up and they didn’t even who the owner of the dog was they just laughed. Went back too the vehicle and waited for 15 minutes have even started the dog wouldn’t even give the money back. Very poor customer service and business etiquette."
