"This office has trouble getting back to customers in a timely manner and updating paperwork appropriately. I have basic renters policy and have had to follow up numerous times to get my paperwork corrected. I'm constantly worried that their poor administration of my policy, should I need to make a claim, would result in my not being able to use the policy."

"I have had nothing but trouble with this State Farm Agency. It's next to impossible to reach anybody at the office and when you do, they are like in rotation and you can never get ahold of the same person. It once took me over 3 weeks to get ahold of somebody to process some changes. When I do call, they all act like I am the biggest inconvenience in their life (in the humblest way possible, I am very easy going. I didn't ask for anything but for them to process one small change in the policy.) They treated me like dirt for no reason. Not to mention the number of times I have been referred to part-time workers (which is fine), but they are NEVER in the office. So my changes sat on somebodies desk for like a month and each time I called to check in on it, they just told me they would let that person know when they saw them. They never returned any of my calls or emails. With that said, I recently had a fairly seamless transaction with a claim. A very nice lady called to explain all my benefits. So they may be getting better, but the past 3 or 4 years I have been with them...just terrible. I am switching to another State Farm agent."
