"On July 28, 2023, I submitted my receipt for the glasses I purchased because I am supposed to be reimbursed $150 under my eye care plan at Incenta. After waiting for a reimbursement check for almost two months, I reached out to see what was happening (9/15/23). I was told the claim is pending payment at S&S and should be completed in a week. I reached out again on October 2 because I still had no reimbursement check. They told me the claim was processed incorrectly, and they are reprocessing it. They tell me they will get back to me as soon as they know more. So, I asked in my email reply how it was processed. I ask because I am told it was processed incorrectly. Leaving me to wonder in what way it was processed because it was processed. Instead of answering the question, I was told it would not take that much time to fix the issues (10/16/23). On 10/24/23, I asked how I could escalate this situation within Incenta. No answer. After my HR department contacted the company, the president contacted me via email (11/03/23), thanked me for my patience, and told me a coding issue was holding up my reimbursement. He said my reimbursement would be processed the following week. Still, there is no reimbursement check, and it has been three weeks (12/04/23) since the president promised it would be resolved and four months total dealing with this issue. I now have had to call twice for an answer from the company's president, Dennis Kelly, since he said I would get a check cut within a week. The first time, I left a message. He didn't call back. The second time he answered, and he certainly tried to get off the phone with me quickly...and I still did not get an answer from him. He said he would call me back. Instead of waiting to hear back from him, I decided to post this feedback about Incenta's poor claim services, lack of professionalism, and follow-through."
