"I love sports & over the past few years became interested in learning to play golf. Approximately, six months ago I registered for a swing evaluation at GolfTec, was assigned to Derek Brown & have been taking lessons with him since then. Derek has a Ph.D in golf swing kinematics & is a genius at his craft with an infectious devotion to the sport. Regardless of skill level, Derek can upgrade anyone’s swing. Despite the game seemingly coming to him with ease, he has an unmatched level of understanding & patience for those trying to learn. Most importantly, he is a person of integrity with excellent interpersonal skills. Through his instruction my golf swing has transformed from being uncomfortable to watch to receiving compliments from individuals who’ve played at the collegiate level when at its best. Everyone at GolfTec is friendly & helpful. The simulators, video feedback & indoor bays are great. An underrated aspect of the membership is the app. It simplifies scheduling lessons & practice sessions. Additionally, after each lesson a frame by frame analysis of my swing with key performance indicators is uploaded & available to access at any time along with recommended drills. I enjoy going to GolfTec & am grateful to be learning a new hobby with Derek as my instructor."
