"Security can be difficult to get ahold of to get in & out. Docks can also be hard to get into when there’s more than 1 or 2 trucks in the parking lot due to the shape of the warehouse and lot. Workers are friendly enough and pretty quick about what the do."

"I just visited my local store in Mount Pleasant SC to buy my son a dress shirt. I walked in the store and to my dismay I wasn’t even acknowledged. So I went and found what I was looking for, walked up to the register and stood the 15 minutes and still wasn’t even acknowledged. There were numerous customer reps there….but they look straight passed me. JOS A BANKS loss, I politely put the items back on the shelf and walked out, but I’m sure they didn’t notice"
"This store or location allows fradualent charges to cards, i also was a victim today. There are numerous amounts of complaints here and clearly the issue isnt being resolved , i have already gathered enough information to take this to higher ups. This company has neglected customer long enough."
