"Rachel the customer Service rep is very Helpful and Pleasant to work with! She is also very good at returning calls ! The shipping prices are reasonable and their service. WAS Relible! I am a customer for Life! REVISION: Well Life long customer attitude!! I did not last LONG AT ALL ! Making revision on this review. They Lost my Last shipment in Port at Douala and I purchased insurance! Never heard from them again! I did get call saying that they confiscated the entire container with my small barrel and trunk amoung the contents! It is impossible to ship items for the Missionary work I do ! The donated items may be stolen and I cannot aford to pay for Shipping services that are not rendered!"

"Do not ship through this people please. If i could give 0 stars i will. They took my barrel 3 years ago and till date there is no news about it. I have lost more than 3000 dollars through them. No compensation. I just filed a case in court against them. Looking at a previous review it looks like they are still scamming other people. They are doing a business of collecting people's goods and disappearing with them. This is not acceptable. How can you do the same thing you did to me to othet people? "My goods were supposed to be delivered within 3 months from February 2018. Am still waiting for them 6months after shipment.they say the container name was SCT32. They keep telling lies and giving fake promises. Please stay away from them. They are the best scammers you might ever come across."

"This company is a complete mess. I personally sent two barrels through this company to Cameroon, one in July 2017 and the other in 0ctober 2017 and as I write in July 2018, no one of the two barrels have been received in cameroon. I have made several attempts to get the goods delivered in vain. Management claims they are still working on the payments at the seaport. Who are they fooling??? Now when you even go through their so called office, you can't even find any body there to talk to. What a poor company. I will not in any way recommend this company to any body."
