"I was hired by T &T back in June of 2022. From the start,i was treated with the upmost respect and was informed thoroughly what the expectations were & what the job requirements were. There were no trick surprises, no pressure or fluffing up the position. Everything was straight forward ! Had my mother not needed my attention,i would have stayed, but unfortunately i had no control of that. During the situation with my mother,they were very patient & understanding ! Held my job as long as they could,& gave me the time i needed. Nothing but respect for the owners & their management team. It would be my first order of applying,in the event that i need a job ! ( if i am rehireable). Happy holidays to the T &T Team,and my mother is doing fine !"

They treat us like professionals. I can reach them 24 hours a day if I need to. They really listen and work hard to keep their drivers happy. "I am writing to share my disappointing experience with T&T Transport Services LLC, and I feel compelled to bring attention to the issues I encountered during my brief employment with the company. I was hired by T&T Transport Services LLC on May 24, 2023, and during the onboarding process, there were multiple instances of miscommunication that led to unnecessary reprimands from the HR department. As an employee, I took the initiative to address the miscommunication, expressing that both parties were responsible for the breakdown in communication and that I should not be subjected to reprimands for such matters. To my surprise, instead of addressing the issue constructively, I was terminated without any valid cause. It is disheartening to witness a small business with a team lacking experience in running a business. The poor communication within the company reflects the need for HR training and improved processes. As an employee, I had hoped for a supportive and professional work environment, but unfortunately, my expectations were not met. I feel compelled to caution potential job seekers considering employment with T&T Transport Services LLC. Despite any initial positive impressions, it is important to be aware that the lack of effective communication and the dismissive treatment of employees make it an unfavorable work environment. In my opinion, the challenges faced by this company outweigh any perceived benefits.
