When they called in the morning they reached my husband who called me and I went downstairs by our side home door to let them in. Needless to say they drove off with me standing at the door. We never got the appliance for our home appraisal. And I will never buy from a company that uses XPO for deliver again.."
"If you want the shittiest delivery Service look no further. From the start they want to charge you fees for everything. After that you are greeted with the laziest delivery driver this side of the Mississippi. Was told between the hours of 2-4pm. The driver called and said I'm going to be there at 2 does that work for you? I replied can you do it any later? Drivers response I get off at 330 and I like to be home, so I'll be there at 2. The driver showed and left. We arrived at 210 and no driver was here. After speaking with their charming dispatcher who lied through his teeth. He stated he called multiple times and I did not answer. Look if I were expecting a shippment why and the hell would I not answer my phone. In conclusion if you would like to be lied to, over charged, and have over two hours of your time wasted this is the place for you!"
