"JB Hunt's Last Mile service provided white glove delivery and setup for our home theater sofa which we ordered online from a company in California. They did an excellent job and took great care in handling our very heavy leather sofa!"
"This place doesn't even deserve a star, the management at this location is a complete joke. Unprofessionalism at your finest, you have hiring managers play fighting with employees in the office place, you have employees calling out frequently or just late almost every day. Training is a waste of time, favoritism shows when drivers get their routes, I seen employees damage customers products while loading them on a straight trucks, hell I even seen it done in the personal home of the customer. This job is back-breaking labor and there's no set time when you're going to get off, don't expect to learn anything from anyone here While most people don't even care about their personal hygiene. I see why they have a 80% turnover rate, no one gives a damn, they have people driving straight trucks with suspended licenses. This place doesn't even have a required lunch break, I've seen times when people didn't even take their lunch break and almost fell out. The training is piss-poor you watch a video then they send you out with a driver who has no regards for safety. I seen a man juggle a 600 pound refrigerator while the driver sat in the truck talking to his wife. You may even drive the truck, regardless if you have a license or not they don't care I've seen it first-hand. If you want to break your back and neck work here! This is a place where employees smoke marijuana at Bill sites, the management doesn't give damn about you, they even hired people who lacked Basics skills of using simple tools. This location need to be terminated and shut down immediately."
