"Needed a Winter coat badly. Bunch of Womans,bur all same style, Puffer Coats. Not what I want. As for store, clean,pretty well stocked,15 days before Xmas. You never know What they will have, I learned where their stock comes from. Many vendors, Overstock, misfits,etc. You can get a bargain, right time, right place"

"This is a junk store with horrible customer service. I had a problem that the Manager could have resolved easily. Jason said he was the Manager, but I found out he.lied, and is not the manager. He did not resolve my issue. He gladly gave me the corporate office number because he knew that would be a joke. They never called me back, I was transferred several times, hung up on, and when I finally talked to someone my issue was not resolve. I’m sorry I went to Burlington Coat Factory Berlin. I will not go there again. An unresolved 10 dollar issue equals lost future revenue. You get a minus 1 star rating."
