"I was actually going to come and drive my own van here recently and during my conversation with the recruiter she happen to mention that they signed me up with out telling me I was.but also I tried a couple of years ago and I could not get a van financed and they signed me up for orientation with out telling me I was signed up, I wanted to drive for someone but I could not find a good match and again they signed me up again for orientation with out telling me when I recently thought about applying and there was a 3rd time but I do not remember. I have done this job along time know and the most important thing in this business is communication v3 do you get it. Update I honestly think I was wrong about this company and I do apologize for my faults in pertaining to them and if I could apply there I would cause of new info I found out on there site, it is very helpful. Update 2 One thing you all need to understand is you are not a employee of v3 you are a independent self employed driver, they don't have to furnish nothing but getting a loads for you, the rest is up to you."

"Worst company EVER… Do yourself a favor, and don’t waste your time. You won’t make no more than 3 to 4 hundred a week, if that. You are over the road weeks at a time away from your family. Keep in mind, it’s a 1099. Which means they don’t take no taxes. So you have to pay your own taxes at the end of the year. And if you quit, they will keep your last paycheck. In that case, my friends, I suggest you just stay where you at and do Uber or Lyft."

"They do not pay what they are supposed to pay. Promised mileage to Laredo from Wichita Kansas and have yet to be paid. Always an excuse. McDonald’s pays more even at a cut schedule. Wait for days for a load. They do not help with any expenses such as food, lodging. So when your weekly pay is less than 200.00 you are broke broke broke. Think before you apply at this company."

"This is a company that you would not want to work for they make excuses for bad behavior one of the managers always make excess for her inability to do her job and think it okay to lie and cheat the company they pick their load up from and you will never see more then $400 to $700 maybe a week if you're lucky . If you're a honest hard worker and believe in making money with out drama don't work for this company. They would not treat you fair or right and will not see your money."
