"I would absolutely give zero or negative Stars if it was possible. I placed an order that was confirmed in November and all I've been told since then is my order that was supposed to be delivered before Thanksgiving would be shipped out in a couple days or next week. That's their response every single time and then the minute I mentioned refund they told me they don't issue refunds once your order is confirmed but they confirmed my order as soon as I made the purchase. This company is a huge scam and please beware because you will not get your items. I have a friend who also ordered something from them around the same time and also has not received their item so this company is a huge scam and please save your money and spend it wisely elsewhere because this company is not worth it and they don't even respond to email requests to get status updates anymore. I haven't heard back from them since beginning of February once I mentioned the refund. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau I will be sharing this on social media and I will be contacting my credit card company to report this company as a fraudulent company"

"Order from them November 12th, 2022, never received my item. It’s now MARCH 2023. This website is a SCAM! Please don’t order from them. They will say their “shipping is backed up” and “your item should be shipped this week”. 4 months and $165 later and still no package. Ridiculous. The reviewers on the actual website must be paid scammers."

"Do NOT ORDER from this place its a SCAM. I order on Nov 4 we are no going into January still no shipment update. I've tried reaching out to this company several times and all I was told there is a delay with shipment. That's the lie they tell to string you alone. They do not give refunds."

With this so many customer complaints and I wish IG will shut their page down until they resolve every customer issue and for the owner of this business to not have a conscience is mind boggling. I placed an order for some boots on november 3rd and till date I am still waiting on my shoe to ship. It has been a constant oh we apologize we are going to ship next week, there has been a delay, sorry for the inconvenience. They're not refunding and you have to email them to get an update and lies for your order. Because they keep lying and lying please save yourself some stress and never order from this company unless you don't value your money. THEY'RE A SCAM. Every other company on their website will tell you that they don't have the product in stock and when they plan to restock and send them out, but this company has constantly deceived it's customers by making it seem they have the product in stock and they don't. When you email them, they will send you a message saying they apologize for the inconvenience but yet still won't ship your order. For me it's been 1 month, I had an event to go to and that was the reason I order the boots, now the event has passed and I asked for a refund and they said they can't give a refund. You can't give a refund and yet you won't mail me my shoes. I am so angry and frustrated at this point, what gave you the audacity to do this to people? SCAM, SCAM AND SCAM. I have never dealth with a company full of stupid people and scammers. Never again , and they still have the audacity to be sending me sales email, f*ck you!"

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. I placed an order on 5/30 and have not received the item. I contacted them on 6/13 and I finally got an automated response on 6/20 saying someone will follow up with me. I have reported them to BBB. If you have had an issue with this company please file a dispute with the BBB so they don't continue to steal from people. They finally sent me a tracking number claiming my order had shipped and it is a week later and the package hasn't moved. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY"
