Gentleman on the phone was nice, but told me the driver was a no-show and they didn’t have a cab for me. Life happens, but I shouldn’t have had to call at the pickup time to figure that out. Driver was early and friendly and safe I just wish when I ordered from Red Top Arlington that they would send me a Red Top Arlington cab and not a Fairfax cab. I live two blocks from Arlington, and instead they send me drivers who come from 30 minutes away on the other side of Fairfax."
"My driver was a total gentleman, he picked me up within 8 minutes and loaded my groceries into his vehicle. He was quite interesting to talk to and the long ride went by quickly. When we arrived my daughter was there to meet the Taxi, parking next to cab to ease task of unloading. It was raining fairly hard by this time, I wished he had helped to unload the groceries to ease my daughter’s task. (She works from home & will have to make up time used to help me.)"
