"If I could give negative stars, I would. I don't use their service unless absolutely necessary, but this is the last time! I normally get Uber, but had to do Jimmy's because of funding issues. This is the second time that I ordered a reservation in advance and 2 and half hours later they were "still trying to find a driver" and as a result my daughter missed her school bus and me and my son had to call out of work and school, smh. Worst service ever! I will walk before I call Jimmy's cab, please do not give them your money! Get an Uber or Lyft instead! Jimmy's cab is an absolute joke!"

"I use their cab service to get to a lot of places but there services are very very poor. I would not recommend their services to At another time I booked a cab example I booked AND AANT ANYANY POOa cab the night before and it arrived late that morning and it caused me not to be seen for my appointment because it got me there 20 minutes late so I had to reschedule. On another occasion I booked a cab it picked me and my grandson up in time for his appointment but at 4pm the pick up time there was no cab . I kept calling and calling and they kept saying they trying to get me a cab. A family member had to pick me up and by the time the cab called for my pick up it was 6:18pm!!! They have poor communication with their customers. They are two cab companies combined into one but you can never get a cab. There is NO ONE TO TALK TO ABOUT ANY POOR SERVICES. They have you on hold for a cab but shouldn’t when they have two cab companies. Some cab seats are stained and dirty just as well as the floor by the cab get no kind of inspection before the passengers get in!!!! There are times I had to wait over an hour for a cab so by then I had canceled."

"I had a very horrible experience with Jimmy's cab 1217 this morning. The driver didn't follow my driving directions to my house, he has a very horrible attitude,cursed in front of my autistic son, he was trying to get my autistic son Michael to sign the papers, which I sign for him every time, bc I am his PCA. I would recommend another cab company,bc I will never go with Jimmy's cab company again."

"I’ve shad good experiences with Jimmy’s before their merge with the new company, but for our 3 am airport pick up that I scheduled ahead of time they just didn’t show! I scheduled a pick up because I was worried there wouldn’t be any Ubers available, and when no one came I called. They told me that no cabs picked up our call and they can’t guarantee a cab. I thought that’s why a reservation was? When I was given a reservation number, no one told me that there was a chance no cab would show- otherwise I would can called to check in….instead I was left rushing to the airport. Luckily I have the means to drive but I did not arrange long term parking so I ended up paying through the roof :/"

"Been using Jimmy's cab for several years and for the most part, you will have to call them way ahead of time to get a cab to come pick you up and get you where you need to go on time. I usually call 1.5 hours out when I use them to get to work. The cabs are for the most part unsanitary and look like someone had a fight in them. The drivers are usually good, but, I do get drivers who drive reckless or don't know how to follow a GPS And, don't get me started on some of the odors you get hit with in the cab. Just roll the windows down during hot days, because, they will never turn the air on for ya. Just use them at your own discretion Also, make sure you answer the call from dispatch over the call from the actual driver. If you don't answer the call from the dispatch, they automatically cancel your trip, which is DUMB!"
