"I have been using this service for 2 years now and these past 3 months have been terrible with trying to communicate with them, the timing has been getting worse or they don’t respond and don’t show up, but the latest problem is one of their drivers Ralph. He drive a Cube car is completely unsafe on the roads, talks on his phone all the time, illegally passed trucks, honks at the slightest inconvenience when at red lights or people abiding the right of way. Suffice it to say I’ve felt unsafe and this is not what I came to pay for to get to my destinations. This company needs to hire a dispatcher to schedule and communicate to customers in my opinion to help regulate if they have drivers or not."

"They advertise 24/7, I called at 9 pm to ask if this was still true, and got a yes. My car's in the shop and I had to be at work at 4, so I call at 2:30 for a ride. No answer. I called every 10 minutes for an hour and never got an answer. Ended up having to walk and being 50 minutes late. Don't advertise 24 hour service if you won't answer a call at 2:30 in the morning"
