"Was told such a quality bag would have no issues. Screw fell out of the handle on the bag, inquired about repair with Ferragamo and was told I would have to pay for the repair on an obvious defective bag. I’d be better off donating this garbage to Goodwill than paying for a repair on a bag that broke that I hardly use anyways. Trust me, their bags are not quality or worth the hassle. Go to Gucci or somewhere else, anywhere but this brand."
"I had a wonderful experience here. They have some amazing deals and beautiful items. I went in thinking I would only look and not buy. However I ended up walking away with a affordable pair of gorgeous boots. You have to hunt around in this store but deals can be found and the staff are very kind and willing to help you out."
