"UPDATED: I've had my taxes done over 7 years here. Great place to go when you want it fast and accurate at a reasonable price and the office staff is always courteous. Then things changed. After 7-8 years of doing taxes with them I had to change my review from 5 stars to 1. 2 years ago I gave my children's names, dates of birth and socials to Molly for filing several amended returns. She messed one up but claimed I failed to give her the correct information ... so I pulled the email records and it was all there. It cost me $2,000. She begrudgingly refunded the fee for the messed up filing. The following year she refused to return calls or emails when we attempted to get tax filing started early, resulting in me going local. See I had moved out of state and STILL kept her for my tax prep. I was even willing to overlook the mistake ... just not the poor customer service and attitude when she messed up. It cost her a small fee, but it cost me a LOT more. Sorry. This is a firm that is best avoided."

"I always thought i was going to a right people for my tax. i went to them, for 4 years and i just find out this year that they were doing my tax all wrong and i was just getting min refund. i even show them all my deductible and itemize items and they just give me a standard deductible. this year i got 2k more then last year. please go somewhere else or let them know that you want to get everything done. they would only spend 30 min with you and they will give you a refund. a good tax preparation would take at least 2 hours. i was very upset when i heard that."
