"I had a excellent experience dealing with Hana Florist POS. they are very helpful, thorough and will go the extra mile to make sure your website is functioning perfectly. they actually will practically hold your hand through it. I searched all over the net for a website that can satisfy my request list. the most important in them was the auto print function of the orders. They provide that ! Not only that, the degree of control that you will have over almost every single item is out of this world. they did think like a florist and provided the tools for the florist. it will take a bit of a learning curve but that is only because i like to do everything. other florist may want to delegate some tasks to them and they will happily do so. Customer service is excellent, Sales people are excellent( wink wink at Bryan). they are trustworthy and worth every penny because it will come back in sales $. So go ahead and do not hesitate, it will do your shop a lot of good."

"I ordered flowers from here (Snap Blooms) for my wife for our anniversary. They never delivered them. The local shop they were supposed to use has never heard of this company and never received the order. I called multiple times and was only told they would email the florist (who doesn’t participate with them) with high urgency and that I would get a call back. They never returned my calls, never responded to my emails, and never delivered the flowers. Thankfully I was able to get a rush order from a different shop (and paid through the nose for it) but what a terrible experience over all. Don’t make my mistake. Order direct from the florist and cut-out this heartless scammer middle man."
